Strategic and Business Continuity 

Will my existing contracts and agreements with JUMPtec remain valid? 
Yes, all existing agreements will remain fully valid. 

Can I expect continued support for the JUMPtec modules currently in use in my products? 
Absolutely. All modules will continue to be supported in line with existing agreements and service offerings. 

Will product availability and lead times remain unchanged, or will there be disruptions during the transition? 
On the contrary – with congatec’s added resources, we aim to improve availability, reduce lead times, and enhance communication and service coverage. 

Is there a risk of product discontinuation or forced migration to congatec modules? 
No. All JUMPtec modules will continue to be produced as planned and agreed. 

How will this affect warranty, RMA, and service processes? Will they change or remain the same? 
These processes will remain unchanged for now. However, we are actively working on extending and improving them across the board. 


Technical and Product Roadmap 

Will JUMPtec’s current module roadmap be maintained, or will it be merged into congatec’s product planning? 
The current roadmap will be fully maintained. Over time, roadmaps will be aligned, but the goal is to expand the overall portfolio – not reduce it. 

Can I still get technical support from the same contacts and engineering teams? 
Yes. Once the integration is complete, you’ll also benefit from additional touchpoints and expanded services. 

Will new firmware or software updates for JUMPtec modules continue to be released? 
Yes. We will continue to provide firmware and software updates for all supported modules. 

How compatible are congatec’s aReady. technologies with our current JUMPtec-based designs? 
We are working on integrating aReady. technologies into all suitable JUMPtec modules to expand their functionality. 

Are there any changes in qualification processes for modules used in regulated environments (e.g., medical, automotive)? 
No. congatec will maintain the same high standards and qualification processes. 


Operational and Integration Topics 

Will our supply chain and ordering processes remain unchanged? 
Yes, your existing supply chain and ordering processes will remain unchanged. 

Are there improvements or new capabilities we can leverage through access to congatec’s broader portfolio? 
Yes. With combined resources, we now have the ability to pursue product developments that were previously not viable. 

Is training or support available to help us implement aReady. features such as the hypervisor or IoT stack? 
Yes. Training and support offerings will be expanded and coordinated across congatec and JUMPtec to cover new features and technologies. 

Does the investment affect pricing or commercial terms? 
No. Your existing commercial terms remain unaffected. 

Are there new customization options, software services, or hardware capabilities now available to us? 
Yes. We are actively working to extend aReady. software building blocks to compatible JUMPtec modules.
